Had a lucid dream followed by a few seconds of sleep paralysis at 2 am this morning. The dream was really simple, just me walking around my town with some strangers at night. At the end, I said, "Ok guys, I'll see you all later because I have an exam tomorrow morning." (I actually do have an exam in 30 minutes) Then, I basically watched myself sleeping and even saw and heard myself snore a few times before I truly woke up. Weird experience, like your mind and body were completely separate.
