Scrubish Community
I've been with Bungie since I first played Halo CE and I have noticed something. ever since Bungie teamed with Sony and Activision. The community has become filled with salty piss bitchy players. Is it me or is it PSN players? I try to have a cool talk about an exotic and some PS gamer comes in thinking he's a pro trying to prove that the First Curse sucks because of my Wins/Loss. Really W/Ls? Not only that but a lot of discussions on the forums are about nerfing this or that when it doesn't even need to be fixed. I feel the lot of these mistakes are from excluding certain weapons from one console is what the downfall of destiny is. Guns wouldn't need to be fixed if they weren't excluded from players (especially Xbox being the better console for FPS due to controls) I'm mean compare it to halo when people complained about something it was literally game breaking glitches like grabbing the odd ball via the wall, op sword distance, or Reach not very fitting in the Halo series due to "Bloom". But when PS gamers finally somewhat got a fix of halo on PlayStation the lot of them don't even don't even appreciate Destiny. Because most, I'm saying MOST are so picky about graphics and balancing guns. Why listen to PS gamers when they have an inferior crammed like balls FPS controller? Shits retarded to aim with in any FPS. Say I'm fan boying but I'm comparing the past forums to now and before Bungie had awesome weekly mail bags... But now it's gone ever since pissy PS gamers came into light. Now it's only about PSN Player Focus, or stupid Bungie bounty mainly on PS, or Iron banner exclusives. Is that to make PSN gamers feel better? I mean Bungie knows their real fan base is from Halo or Marathon. I think Bungie needs to not listen PS gamers that are mostly new to Bungie.net and their shooters and listen to their real fan base the gaming veterans from Marathon, Halo... Nothing else really because when Bungie released a Halo in wasn't always having so many patches in months or years. Reply what you think I want to hear what people think, agree or disagree with me on.
Some Play Station gamers are cool but most aren't. I'm not fan boying cause I want a PlayStation for Blood Bourne and Tit Fighter V.

Having played with randys on 360 and PS4, I can honestly corroborate this. Not that all PSN users are asses, but Xbox is more conducive to a fun gaming environment imho

1 ReplyThere is a very big difference from psn players and xbl players....the new psn players are not familiar to online interactions and most do not possess any sort of online etiquette. I've been utterly amazed at how some of these people on psn act when it comes to parties, invites and generally communicating with others...not only that but the ps4 attracted a new group of players that where not playing any games last gen or if they did, they didn't play in coop.or competitive situations...gaming has grown but not for the better in this regard....it is not so much the platforms fault, but the lack of any sort of education or common knowledge on how to act...this leads to game blaming for losing....if a meta forms, which happens in every shooter, and has since the beginning of video gaming, players jus went with it and adapted accordingly....now they take to the forms, and inevitably find others to sympathize with their position...Bungie needs to block out this noise and focus on only those issues that are game breaking and leave the rest to play talent...
