Doesn't it make sense? Any time I'm stuck in a Rift or Control gametype with randoms they never play the objective, and I'm lucky to end up with a team that does. Making it Clash-specific would ease the burden(and lessen the heart damage from raging) from those who actually play objective and make it suitable to basically just get kills. Which seems to be the only thing anyone wants to do in it.

If Bungie fleshed out their Crucible UI properly, we wouldn't have to have RNG on game modes... One idea is to split things into categories. Sure, you'd have an extra click or two, but I'd take an extra click or two over playing roulette.
