Shotguns don't need shotpackage, they work fine now. I still die in one hit to them at obscene ranges. Outside of the 'melee range effectiveness' they were supposedly nerfed to. As far as fusions go, they could use a buff, but lord were they monstrous back in year one before they got reduced to water pistols.
