Bring back shotpackage, reverse all shotgun nerfs and buff fusion rifles.

The issue with sniping isn't that it is OP. I mean, it is, but so what? Anyone can get a sniper so it is "fair." The issue with sniping is the absence of any quasi-realistic drawbacks that sniping has in real life, or in any other game. You are foolish if you do not snipe. And that is poor game design.
