Obsidian mind not working?
"Novabomb reduces the cooldown of your next novabomb"
I just measured the time it takes to get super while being idle and equipping obsidian mind.
First try with intellect at 354, cooldown indicated 4:00. Throw novabomb, start timer. Result: four minutes.
OK perhaps the effect can't make the cooldown to go beyond minimum. Let's minimise intellect.
Second try with intellect at 41, cooldown indicated 5:30. Throw novabomb, start timer. Result: five and half minutes.
Advantage from obsidian mind: zilch.
Is my obsidian broken?
Can anyone confirm my results?
I went to Venus on patrol. The spawn place doesn't get any disturbing adds, so it is perfect spot.

The description used to indicate that nova bomb kills decreased cool down. It seemed that the more enemies you killed then the more it refilled. Not sure if they changed it aside from the description though, I haven't used it recently.
