Hi, Regarding your TDB and HoW grimoire issues: Omnigul, Widow's court, Black Shield, Thieve's Den and Timekeeper. These cards were bugged for a while and were not unlocking (your PGCR time stamps were from during this time). They have since been fixed. As such, the next time you play on these maps they will unlock correctly. For Omnigul, try loading up the strike directly from the planetary menu rather than a strike playlist. I can't comment on TTK enemies not unlocking without owning TTK as I don't know if this is intended or not.
