but he sells everything at 280. Anything you buy from him is a pain in the ass to upgrade, I usually end up getting the same thing as a 310 drop later and shard the one I bought. It's really crappy that drops and purchases are not in line with your light.

I agree 100%! What's worse is constantly getting 260-286ish garbage as drops or "rewards" that are unusable because its too damned low and would take too much to infuse to be useable.

Agreed, last couple times running kings fall on hard folks have been getting green engrams dropping. :-/. Recommended light level when fighting Oryx is 320, but unless it is Oryx challenge week I usually just get shards or a normal level class item for beating him. Such BS, drops were supposed to be in line with your gear in TTK. Yeah. Right.
