Good lord yes. When I hear that "wind" sound effect that they make during spawns out on patrol, I immediately leave the area. They began as a challenging alternative to the existing enemies but have become insanely annoying. I hate everything about them but that noise the blinding captains make when they spam the same attack over and over and over and over and over again is like nails on a chalkboard. SHUT UP!
