So start your own party and kick those people. There's a reason I no longer do Trials with my one RL friend. He's great at the game, but seems to need to go out and smoke "herb" every 4 or 5 matches it seems. Then we end up waiting at least 15 mins on him. Sometimes he doesn't even return that day. So we don't play with him anymore. I smoke "herb" too, but I don't just abandon my fireteam or make them wait on me just to smoke. And I would kick any random constantly making me wait on him for something like that if I were the party leader.
