I don't know if you even bothered to read my post. There is no anger only a touch of sadness. And it's not that they didn't make the game I wanted it's that they DID make the game I loved and systematically destroyed it.

No, I will quit and not look back and I will not even post when I leave for I will not care about the game at that point. No reason to whine/cry/rant/range/say goodbye at all. I have no loyalty to any brand, to any developer or game and never did or ever will. such things are stupid and foolish.

Edited by LordofChaos: 2/7/2016 2:03:08 PMI am not defending the game by any means, I am pointing out that ranting/ranging/crying will yield no real results. the company only cares about sales... not the players individually an what they want or like or not about the game. they will not get worried or concerned until their profits are hurt bad enough. not a moment before. and at this point that is no where near to happening in reality. so many people are brought up thinking the customer is always right.. that is a lie and always was. so they think enough squeaking and the game will be made how THEY want; when it cannot be done. they cannot and will not cater the game to any one individual over another ever. no single player is any more important to this game or the company than any other and never was or ever will be either. no single players view means more than anyone else ever and never has or ever will.

no, not directly they looked at the data from the game play after some complained and made their choice on if it was working right or not. the raging alone did not cause the change by any means.

yes they would have mad changes later on if they felt it was not working correctly. they players only provide minor feedback and indicate where something needs to be looked at. they do no make the changes based upon what the layers say but what their data says. the players are not in any control over this game at all. no they constantly look at the data to see if changes are needed and where after a change has been made. they do not just sit back and say "done that is perfect"..

So you said "yes they would have "mad" (sic) changes later on if they felt it was not working correctly". But they changed it within days, if i'm not mistaken?? Data only shows so much, it cannot interpret why people are not playing anymore it just shows a bunch of numbers. I agree, they don't sit back and marvel at their perfect change but to get it so categorically wrong that it needs changing back to its original state within days was only achievable by listening to the player base, without that feedback Bungie would have no idea WHY people are pissed off. If players only provide "minor" feedback whats the point in having this forum as it must be sole destroying looking at all the negativity aimed towards their product.

It was not changed back just within days. it took more than just a few days for the them to change it and even then it was no fully changed back. the purpose o forums is two fold. one they are used to gather idea about what may or may not be good for future games. and to gauge teh reactions of players to the current game. secondly they are used to allow players to vent, for sometimes in venting some useful ideas do come about though not all of them are implemented in the time frame or will be implemented in the time frame players erroneously expect and demand at times. There is no bad feedback or negative feedback. all feedback is good and has a use in some manner or another. the feedback section is a free brainstorming section where players give idea's and suggestions and complaints and then the company gets to choose which is used later for free..since do not have to pay the forum member for coming up with the idea at all. The issue is when players like the op come and think their feedback is important above anyone eles because of how drama filled they make it. when no it is not and never was or ever will be.

On the second front, i think informing a company they are losing a customer and why is very important information, don't you??
