Communication wise they are heading in the right direction. There is less spin and more authenticity coming from them. The lack of an update on PVE content, or future DLC material is becoming more problematic though. We are coming up on 4-5 months since TTK and everyone expected some announcement in Jan. If we don't hear something (either vague or specific) before the end of Feb then expect the recent good will to vanish.
