This weekly update better focus on PVE or im outta here.
Agree?

Trials and the raid are the only activities that I play now. It's better to play both rather than just stick to either pvp or pve.
-
PvP is what keeps this game going during content lacking months.
-
See ya later chump!!!!

Edited by The Loathsome Dung Eater: 2/4/2016 11:07:33 PMPvP, PvP, PvP, insert small section about minor raid glitches (nothing about crap raid loot and unusable, terrible raid weapons), PvP, occasional weapon nerfs, PvP, and finally more PvP. Every update.
-
well see you later ...
-
Disagree. Although PvE needs more attention they should roll out more PvP updates than PvE because PvE is hard.

Edited by Spawn_osk: 2/4/2016 10:03:53 PM^ what the OP said. Unfortunately it will probably be more like: Deej here. We got nothing. Deej out.

We need more PVE sure, but how many popular streamers are doing raids? How many Twitchers advertise flawless KF runs... Least PVP is a fresh experience bc of human play. But everything needs some love in this game.

No, I don't agree. There's many players for who PVP is the major reason they play Destiny (I'm not one of them). In my experience, speaking in absolutes (terms like nobody/everybody, never/always, etc) detract from your real point because people will nitpick at your delivery rather than the message, which may be quite meaningful.

Edited by Must Have Gally: 2/4/2016 10:29:39 PMMy playtime on each type is balanced. I love PvP but PvE needs to get better
-
Agreed. PvP is fun (sometimes lol) but I kinda miss doing PVE stuff too. There has to be a balance.
-
I prefer PvP tbh
-
well, I personally suck at PvP - my .90 k/d says so. I am PvE for 90% of my activity in this game. That said - I think ToO is one of the few things keeping this game afloat right now.
-
I'm with you. Defended this game for a long time. Ignoring pve is starting to sour my opinion. Something needs to happen and soon.
-
Bye Felicia

Agree. I don't play destiny for pvp. They've neglected pve this year and it's ruining the game.

I salute you. I've said it in a lot of other threads, but it's about population. Pvp players are easy to keep around if you reskin old Playlist or maps and make events that look like it will give them something special (see call of duty's nuke town as a prime example). These types of players like "fresh" things, but not different or truely new things (as a general blanket, not calling anyone out). Change brings them out of a comfort zone, so recycling old content is an easy way to rotate and hit those zones. Pve is complicated. This is a group that generally likes different things. Destiny played on this with the pvp formula once: queens wrath. It was still grinding, but offered worthwhile rewards and added the refreshment of doing bounties for someone else. But grinding can't last forever, and this crowd usually wants a bit more than doing the same thing in the same place for a different reason. As the pve crowd declined, bungie made a choice: pve or pvp. Maybe they thought that the pvp crowd would be easier to maintain and it would be easier to try to regain lost pve players than to try to maintain both at once. So even queens wrath was tossed out the window (with a smaller, permanent replacement in the reef) and pvp became the focus. So in the end, it's simple: to maintain a player population, you'd have to entertain a pve crowd, but only have to pacify a pvp crowd.

I play alot of PVP but that's only because they don't seem to focus much on PVE.. I love both aspects of the game but I completely agree they seem like they don't give much thought to increasing content on a monthly basis for PVE players.
-
PvE cris eritim
-
Completely agree. Game should have proper core and that core should be proper story, not some mediocre s*h4t3. BUNGIE GIVE US STORY FROM SUPERCUT!!
-
Pvp is fun! But some more pve would be great!
-
Cheers then
-
Good bye see ya
