Someone else said it ends with a choice: BOS or Institute. Is that what the missions end in?

That's the missions end. [spoiler] you choose the institute or BOS. It's called the point of no return or something to that affect.[/spoiler] But the game has no real end, just a massive amount of side missions with a main mission thrown in there.
