How to lose fat fast (serious post)

Hi ,im fat and i want to lose weight im5"11 230 lbs I want to get back to 180-190 Is there any good workout youd like to share ?

    I'm 6'2 220 and in high school (freshman) but when football was still going I was 203. I'm trying to get back down and increase speed for baseball. Practice started yesterday so I'll probably go down but so far I've found that just working out every other day or so and adding in consistent running ( nothin crazy but push yourself ) will bring you down. I personally struggle with eating a lot after workouts but if you control that then you'll go down. I also don't eat the best of things but just don't put crap in your body. At first if you start like lifting and stuff don't be surprised if it goes slow. When you build muscle it weighs more than fat.
