Iron Banner match making
The issue I'm having as a mostly solo player is being match made with fire-teams of 3 and more on the opposing side, I swear I am loosing over 10 games to 1 win. really fire teams of 3 or more should be match made with the same size approx of fire team.

Another problem is most seem to want to play back defensively like they are worried about kd. You won't win the rift like that.
