Let's separate the Trials players from Casual players... (Suggestions and Ideas)

Bungie is able to track what each individual player has acquired, what games they have played, and their overall achievements they've earned in game. So where's the skill system? I have attempted just to win 1 SIMPLE CONTROL match to complete Shaxx's weekly bounty. I've played 22 games so far and counting. Each game has one the other team full of those kids who have the damn Trials emblem. These guys have been the dominating players in each game, all while I'm carrying my shitty team to the grave. I've read up on multiple sources (IGN, Polygon, Kotaku) that agree that Trials has changed the game drastically to the point in making Crucible unplayable. You don't get the best rewards in Crucible, only the gametypes that make you work for it. So why can't we separate these players from the normal Crucible? I've run Trials a couple times and just get wrecked. It's not my style of playing games. I enjoy having a casual experience while playing with friends in objective and straight up deathmatch gametypes. But add the "hardcore" players into the mix makes the experience horrible. I only play Crucible to get the rest of my Crucible quests complete, or when friends invite me to get some goodies. But you end up playing with those that take the game too seriously. This is why people say the Crucible is unplayable, and Bungie only listens to those hardcore players. I've been playing on both Xbox One and PS4. I've been here since the alpha. I love this game, but as a casual, once every few days of gaming type player with real life priorities over gaming, I've completely agree that this game has taken a huge downfall since it first came out. Enough with the nerfs/buffs. Get someone in your staff to jump into live games, using different weapons LIVE, playing with others, and get on balancing everything out. No more sandbox balancing. Revert the character subclasses back to day 1. Everything was perfect until you got the "hardcore" players complaining about the game being unbalanced and that their "least favorite" weapon needed a nerf because they got shot down too much in game from that exact weapon/weapon class.... So let's start by separating the hardcore from the casual. If you're not going to implement a skill system, pull up every player that has earned any Trials emblem in their history of playing this game and remove them from playing normal Crucible. Have a separate playlist for them. Then let's see what happens. If it doesn't work out, then create something that will make all players happy. What suggestions should they add? Edit 1: Here are my DTR stats. I haven't played on Xbox for the past 2 months since I now main on PS4.
