Then he doesn't understand what he's asking for. Gear Kiosks are for Exotics only. And that's how it needs to stay. Besides, if you get a class specific legendary and dismantle it (for some reason) then that's your own fault and your not missing out on much anyway.

I do know what I am asking for. The items I'm talking about in this instance happen to be class specific but I think any item that can only be obtained once during a character's progression should either be identified as such or recoverable. I wouldn't have deleted them if they were identified as a one-time only reward.
