Hello all,
Bungi, if you can will you please take a good look at the Iron Banner/ Crucible drop rate/ reward table?
It seems like about every 3 out of 4 games that I have been playing in recently favors rewarding the lower tear players with the best gear. I'm not sure if this is a RNG problem, or if it is a built in mechanic. However this reward system honestly deters me from trying to do well in the competitive game mode. :/
I feel like I am being punished if I finish in the top 3, or even worst, when I finish in first place overall. I imagine you empathize with the desire of being rewarded or recognized for doing well, as we all feel from time to time.
Either way, I do enjoy your game, and any communication or thoughts you may have on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Bungie loves participation trophies. Haters here will say "It's not a participation trophy it's just RNG" being in the RNG table even when you're last in Iron Banner or TOO is nothing, but BS and it's still a participation trophy.
