Halo 5: Good news about the community made forge maps counting as dlc.
They don't, which means the 15+ dlc maps are only those actually made from scratch and not the cartographer made maps.

Good. Now everyone who was concerned about that can have some ease of mind. I don't mind forge maps in the slightest so they never bothered me, but I know it bothered a lot of other people to no end.
