This is my take on what to expect in February
We here at Bungie notice the Activity within the forms and have decided that bringing Etheric Light back is key to Destiny's survival, so with the next "expansion" we are allowing you to use your Etheric Lights to upgrade you Classic Legendary items at a cost of $20.00/£20.00, but wait that's not all Eververse is going to be selling Etheric Light's for 500 silver each.
Etheric Lights will upgrade for +10 light on any Classic Legendary item (you current Etheric Light's will not give this buff)
I bet that is their plan, what do you think?
