Death from misadventure when exiting shadow realm?
This looks like a bug in Destiny. Is it, or was it legit/fair that I died here?
If it's a bug, does Bungie know about it?
If Bungie knows about it, are they going to fix it?

What helps my fireteam is when we all stay in the middle as stated below and don't move and even after we teleport we wait until we have successfully teleported everyone. After that we move, it has saved me a countless number of times.
