Death from misadventure when exiting shadow realm?
This looks like a bug in Destiny. Is it, or was it legit/fair that I died here?
If it's a bug, does Bungie know about it?
If Bungie knows about it, are they going to fix it?

What it is is that you were moving around when it spawned you and it tried to put you in the pillar. It sucks but easy fix. Just don't stayed near the edge.
