Did you seriously not see the #Help tag? This is the system. If you don't like it, ask for a new system from Bungie.

It's a forum. It's being treated like a trouble ticket system. If everyone posted the same issue on one thread, Bungie and all of us could see the scope and nature of the problem in one place and also update everyone with one post.

Actually, it is the trouble ticket system. There's a "Help" section on the menu, it gives you "Help Articles", and it specifies there that if your problem is not covered, create a post on the help forum. And the help forum is basically just a forum entry with the hashtag "Help". As of 45 minutes ago, Bungie posted to say they are aware of the problem. New posters should theoretically spot that before posting. OP followed the correct procedure because at that time, there was no mention on the Help articles that there was a known bug with Nightfall. I also find it annoying when reviewing the forum to see hundreds of the same post. Unfortunately, that's the drawback of browsing "All". I could filter out "Help", but that would mean I'd miss useful info, such as that the nightfall was glitched (and today, that info has saved me from wasting half an hour exploring it myself).
