Destiny Digital Downlaod
I had bought the legendary edition and had looked it up and my research said If I did buy it I could play the game on both 360 and one... I didn't get a digital download like you had said the game would provide at one point.... Help?

The way it works is as follows: Unless you purchased the digital version of the vanilla Destiny prior to January 15 2015, it will need to be repurchased. I think this was the digital info you may have seen. Currently TDB and HoW are eligible for a free upgrade to next generation consoles using the digital upgrade program. TTK is not eligible for this upgrade and will need to be repurchased https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122
