Cyan Stars, Debt Unpaid, Burnt Marshmallow and Mostly Cloudy drop from level 36 strikes. I've got them 3 of the 4, I know. The others that say obtained from vanguard or crucible/Cryptarch aren't even in the loot table yet, so don't waste your time.
