What's the best way to get glass, gold, Fiberglass,adhesive and gold?

Adhesive you just make sure you pick up every duct tape and thing of glue you find Gold however you need to pick up gold watchs and gold plated lighters, ghouls usually drop them Fibreglass I think i got mine from those jangles the moon monkey things Glass just pick up bottles and stuff :3
