I'm fine if me and a guy are going at it, he runs I chase, and he hard scopes a door way for a second to wait for me to chase, kills me, and moves on. That's my mistake. But if you sit in the back the whole game, I will find you, and I will T-bag you.

But Snipers should be sitting in the back. They have a long range weapon! Just as the Halo community got so twisted up trying to figure out what made Halo , Halo......and the [b]proper[/b] way to play , The destiny community is falling into the same trap. There is no one answer to "How to play the game" or "How to play properly". If I am getting kills and winning , as long as I am not cheating by network manipulation or by taking advantage of a weakness in the code , then I am playing properly.

Edited by OTAKU_4_LIFE_907: 12/31/2015 12:54:49 PMyeah but it takes away the i guess u could say incentives to run shotgun, fusion rifle or sidearms when u can just sit back and snipe. scouts work sometimes but seriously if ur challenging 2 people sniping with a scout, ur probably gonna lose. yeah u could try and flank said sniper, but u better be fast cause any good sniper pays attention to his radar and will move to get in position for ur little "flank". don't get me wrong i still manage to get my fusion rifle kills but i can see the frustration some people have when i go into a match of just 6 snipers locked down on 2 lanes ( like pantheon for example)

Agreed , I know the frustration. Not a great sniper myself.

That's 100% fine, find him, kill him, crouch repeatedly upon him, but just because he is playing the game in a way you don't like doesn't mean there's anything wrong with how he's playing it! Let's all just have fun and kill eachother in our own special ways shall we? ;-P

I try. I do. But it's a little hard when there are 6 snipers on a team, with 2 at each lane on pantheon

If you camp a choke point the whole game, and never move. That is not how any secondary should work

Welll...I see it this way. If you are set up at a checkpoint with your sniper rifle, then your sniper is the primary. Hence the term Sniper. So that would make your primary actually your secondary.

I don't think that's how that works. Is my heavy my primary when I get heavy ammo? This game just has too much special in general

Infantryman in the miltary...autorifle/ shotgun or sidearm/ rocket launcher...easy to follow. Now a sniper would be sniper rifle/side arm...we are talking irl, I know it's a vid game but based off what the toons are actually doing, they are being snipers therefore that is classified hypothetically as their primary. Would you feel better if everyone camping only used NLB since technically its a primary?
