Definitely Not! In destiny you have to hit the head to One Shot a full health Guardian.(Unless LiTC procs) So do you expect someone to consistently go around quickscoping someones head. "Hardscoping" Is also how snipers are meant to be used. This also isn't CoD where it is much easier to quickscope. But thats a completely different game.
