I see people who say hard scoping is cheap. I see people who say quick/no scoping is cheap. I personally don't care either way. If you get the kill congrats. As long as you keep moving and you're not running straight at the sniper, most aren't good enough to headshot you. So if you expect a sniper either keep moving or use an alternate route.
