If someone sits the whole match looking down a scope, then it's just pointless. If someone knows an area is high traffic, then they're smart for knowing the map. If they're running away, turn around and scope in behind them where they know someone is following, then they know how to use other player's movement to their advantage. There is no form of "hard scoping" that is cheap
