Can you elaborate? Sound is a compression wave that is traveling through a medium, I'm not sure what you mean as to call it a spectrum. I mean I guess if you put it on a graph, yea, but all sound is is fluctuations in air density that translate together. That's not exactly a spectrum, from my understanding.
