Hi - I went to purchase a Y2 dragon's breath from the blueprint kiosk last night (around midnight UMT) and only noticed later that it wasn't anywhere in my inventory. There is a possibility my character slots were all full as I hadn't checked - in which case I'd suggest the kiosk should warn you or send it to the postmaster. I assume it's not a consistent error as reddit is full of people talking about the gun, so if you need to know any more variables let me know so you can find and fix it if it wasn't a bizarre one off.
