No more fireteams in Rumble?
Is anyone else annoyed that they removed this feature? Rumble is the only playlist I enjoyed playing because you don't need to rely on a team to win.
[b]I had tons of fun playing with my fireteam, competing with friends for top score. It was a great playlist which was made better when you could play against friends. [/b]
[i]I mean, sure, now there won't be any more pathetic boosters spamming in the corners of the map with their buddies. [/i] But this update practically killed Crucible for me, my friends, and many others out there. It's a real shame that we can't experience the fun and havoc of Rumble with our friends anymore.

[u]HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM:[/u]
[b]Pause Quest progress if you enter the playlist as a fireteam. [/b]

- This will make it so that whoever plays for fun as a fireteam will be allowed to do so.
- Whereas any people who play with a fireteam in hopes of boosting 25 sword kills or 7 precision kills (and so on) will not be able to, as any kills toward this quest will not count.

Bump. I will miss my weekly Drumble events- me and 2 friends mercin each other whilst drinking heavily. I highly recommend it....to all players of the legal drinking age in your area.

1 ReplyI litteraly played a fireteam of three yesterday before patch that were not even farming, but just trolling the other players by teaming up on them. This ruins the experience and the purpose of the playlist for everybody. Free-for-all playlists should NEVER be a playlist where you can join with other players. Custom games on the other hand...

1 ReplyDid you miss the part where it said you could still enter as an FT in the Classic Rumble playlist? If you're goal of "having fun and competing for top score" is the only reason you play Rumble in a Fireteam, why can't you do it there? That said, I like the idea for paused quest progress if you enter as an FT. That would effectively shut down boosting.
