They OK but not the best, I always wondered why I never used them in year one and tryed them few days ago and remembered why cose there is a flaw to all exotics that give u double granade and the flaw is u never have double granade u start with two but once used u always goin to have 1 granade cose one with be on recharge all the time, which makes it waste of exotic cose voidfang is better cose u can spec all in into and strength,, a less they change to spawn with full granade they ain't the best

Honestly, I've never used because I never obtained them in Year 1. However the seeking Scatter Grenade shards sounds like a bastard to counter. Just wait for all the hunters to be like "nothing manacles are too OP. *insert whiny crying here*".
