What's the difference between hard and normal here? Just respawns?

You actually get both the 310 artifact and the weapon, but also the 320 gun and artifact on top of that, and i think normal loot chances from him also, so its really worth doing it, ive got so much infusion fuel, 310+ thunderlord here i come!

Same mechanics, only thing is that on normal you get an artifact and either a special or heavy at 310 when you do it on hard you get the same but at 320
