Biggest deal IMO is simply that something is guaranteed to drop. I would do this even if it was a guaranteed "standard" 310-320 HM drop.
Not that I don't love getting moldering shards from HM totems, HM Warpriest and HM Golgoroth back to back like last week.

I swear totems is so easy, but someone always manages to die, and for what ever reason, even though it could be done with 2 on both side, we still all die,and it take like an hour or more... i dont get it
