if you do it on Hard mode first, do you get both challenge drops? if you do hard mode first and only get the hard mode drop, can you do it again on normal and get the normal drop?

I did on my warlock I got the 320 artifact and a 310 one and then got a 320 weapon and a 310 weapon. Also got emblem and fragment.
