What would you want from the next BioShock?

The fellas at IGN have some pretty cool ideas of not even basing it in a bizarro location (because that's the single most iconic aspect of the series, so that's the first thing everyone mentions), and just having an isolated/restricted part of an everyday city being run in this naively idealistic way, like Rapture and Columbia, with the powers and the weapons and all the mechanics that BioShock includes (and some new ones, of course). They also suggested that BioShock's narrative and mechanical approach are made for open-world exploration and optional experiences. And to be fair, a lot of Bio1's levels felt like that (and indeed they were almost all connected via bathysphere). The series felt less like that over time, and that seriously impacted Columbia's sense of immersion, but with new hardware come new opportunities. So what about you lot? Pretty sure I had something else to say, but I can't remember it anymore... Might add it later, if I can remember.
