Depends.. I play as a Voidwalker in PvP and 100% of the time my super wins over a Sunbreakers super.
When I'm on a Hunter my tether wins 50% of the time.
Sunbreakers aren't all that great and can be shut down rather easily. If people were to stop running and start team shooting then Sunbreakers would only ever get 1-2 kills per super but when people scatter it's really easy to hit someone with a hammer while they're running away.

Which is what should happen, because let's face it, when a super is popped, generally, someone is going to die.

You got it. I've played in quite a few games where people said -blam!- it and held their ground, the group always wins.
