You're complaining about having content taken from you, but according to your grimoire, you barely did anything to begin with. You've barely played PvP, and you've never completed PoE, CE, and you've only had 1 VoG completion. I'm not sure why you're complaining about losing content when you've barely even played half the Y1 content.
And by how you worded it, it sounds like you had no knowledge that there was a new DLC?

The nightfall is one example of content that was taken away that he is talking about. I have ttk, but disagree with core content that ppl did each week being taken away from them because they didn't want to pay more. Have legacy nightfalls with the same rewards as year one. This wouldn't be hard because they did it with strikes already. Bungie just doesn't want to do it.

The Nightfall is just one thing compared to all of the other stuff he could've completed. I'm saying he can't complain about losing content when he hasn't played half the content there is/was to offer.

Bungie designed Destiny to be released with all current content available. Activision saw dollar signs in breaking it up and selling it to us in pieces. It's like baking a cake and decorating it then cut it up and sell it in pieces. It's just not the same ad selling it whole the 1st time like it was designed. Not to mention all the problems in trying to piece it back together and make it look or work properly.

No, it wouldn't make sense. TTK was sold all over the place, and it was advertised VERY well on TV. It was practically impossible to not know about it.

I never saw a commercial for it on tv so it wasn't very well advertised I guess.

You must be special. There are tons of things people miss out on if they aren't watching or looking for it. For example, when I was working 5 12's I had no idea what was going on till Saturday at noon when I woke up and turned the news on to get caught up from the weeks events. Then I would do chores all weekend and start over Monday. Chances are I would miss something like TTK if it was announced if I wasn't actively looking for it. If you were to ask me what was going on with the local sports teams in my own town I couldn't tell you because I don't bother to look into it. Despite that I'm sure commercials and postings of the news and events are all over the place. And it is 100 times easier to find those types of things over a commercial for a video game. Video games are close to main stream, but they aren't out of the niche market yet. I'd give them another 5 to 10 years before they really become solidified and equal to a sporting event news.
