I'm still trying to find the article where Bungie actually said they cut content. All I'm getting are an article from gamerant (because they're legit), and an AMA on reddit (I guess this is the same as a live interview). Only thing I could find from anyone at Bungie is... http://www.gamespot.com/articles/bungie-responds-to-destiny-fan-theories-about-cut-/1100-6430396/

The best part of this article is that it shows that no content was "cut" to sell as later dlc. Rather, upper management hated the original story, and scrapped it, so the team was left to write a new story with what they had, a lot of stuff didn't fit into a new story line, so they built on it to reduce the lead times on the next DLC's. Yet somehow the tin foil hat crowd keep trying to use this article as "evidence".

I guess the fact that it said that the dreadnaught was cut from vanilla isnt proof enough Fun fact: the slow clap emote was cut to be sold later aswell ;)
-
It's proof that they rebuilt what they'd already developed because the story was scrapped and the dreadnought they had so far didn't fit with the new story. Not that they cut it to resell it. Why would you throw months of development in the bin? Of course you would reuse it. Slow clap was never in the game. Micro transaction emotes have probably been part of the game plan since day one

Slow clap was shown in the e3 video from 2013...
-
And that's relevant how? Like I said, micro transactions have probably been in the plan since the beginning

Its no use arguing with a desticle... Have a nice day good sir! :)
-
Haha... kotaku... they're the same people that said dlc was going to be free from now on
-
Yes because like the White House and Congress they are completely open and honest with what they say.
