There is no way to contact Bungie directly besides here on the forums. Besides their policies on character restoration are set in stone. Please set up a passkey in order to prevent future accidental deletions. He seems to be having one of those, "I hate your answer and it doesn't help me at all so -blam!- off" moments... But the truth of it is. His stuff is gone. No matter how it's worded. All. Of. His. Stuff. Is. Gone.

The reason his reply was rude is because he commented on me putting a password on my profile so no one can use it. Like im to stupid to know that! My daughter was supposed to be on my profile and a pass code wouldn't have helped at all! I dislike people assuming the situation! I had tons more responses that were not rude and answered my question.

These forums are awful. Littered with kids and people who take the game way too seriously(worst part is is that most of people who act like schumcks are bad and rely on other to "help" them)

However, they will tell you the same thing I just told you. Bungie's policy states that they can not recover accidentally deleted characters/items. I'm sorry but there is nothing that can be done.

You are a very ill informed person. My kids are my life thats why i got in to gaming! It's a hobby I can do at home when im not working and they are in bed. The game was not my life! It was a hobby that i enjoyed. Life is hard for a single mother with three kids and it hurt real bad to lose the one thing that didn't stress me out. My DAUGHTER was just as hurt about it because she accidentally deleted her character too and also lost one of her favorite hobbies! I never once talked shit about my child so how would i have more pride in the game than her? She didnt even get punished the loss was punishment enough for both of us. Good job insulting and attacking a random person you know nothing about!

I have a 6 year old as well... they're unpredictable for sure! If you're on Xbox One, I'd be happy to help you level up some new characters if you decide to play again.
