I know the english translation, but I'm looking for the original Gaelic Lyrics that were sung, Anyone know where I can find them?
PS online translators do not work, and don't have an option on "Gaelic"

The spoken words are Hungarian. The song is Welsh. the words are; Gafflwn Dihenydd O'r Fuddugol wiriol sydd Ni fydd neb yn ein drechu Falch ydy ni i drochu Draed o'r flaen i'r Annwn Mewn y gwybodaeth fe godwn ni. We cheat death From his rightful victory No one can overcome us We are glad to plunge Feet first into Annwn In the knowledge we will rise. I wrote an article giving a full explanation of the lyrics on Hubpages. Just google "Halo 3 ODST lyrics" it's all there. For the record, I'm the author.

this song is called light of aiden-lament by cafe del mar and it is sung in gaelic and translated in hungarian. i got all of this info from someone one youtube. and if your just looking to sing along he wrote down what it sounds like and this is what he wrote..... Ah flundi eni, ohr vidi, gal ah un vere yulsi Ni vik ni, an hine veni, vie fadi ni ee, troni Blide oh vline ranun, yunagwei, bore dile vey gore du ni (Drums) Ah flundi eni, ohr vidi, gal ah un vere yulsi Blide oh vline ranun, yunagwei, bore dile vey gore du ni! i have sung along with it and this works. it sounds just like all of these words. tho again these are not actual translations.

it's welsh gaelic, to be exact. I'd sent a message to Light of Aidan's channel on Youtube, seeing if I can get a hold of the Welsh lyrics (I need it for my own purposes as well). I'll post it here if I get anything useful. EDIT: This is as close as I'm gonna get to true translation until I hear back from Light of Aidan about their lyrics. Google Welsh: Ac mae fy fyddin o frodyr aeth dros y bryniau, a gwmpesir yn gwaed efallai y byddwn yn ... ond ar ôl ymladd i gyd i mi ... Ynghyd â'r fy fyddin o frodyr ... ydym yn syrthio i lawr ... tywyllwch ym mhob ... trwy uffern Google Irish: Agus chuaigh mo arm na deartháireacha thar na cnoic, a chumhdaítear i fola is féidir linn a bheith ... ach tá ag troid ar chlé ar fad dom ... In éineacht le mo arm na deartháireacha ... titim síos againn ... dorchadas i ngach ... trí ifreann [Edited on 09.25.2009 5:52 PM PDT]

Do you know where we can download the exact song from the trailer?

Song is in Welsh. A chillout version is on disc 2 of the 12th Café del Mar album. I haven't seen those lyrics confirmed. [Edited on 09.07.2009 10:45 AM PDT]
