I think the drop rate on the helm is incredibly low. I've ran the raid on all 3 of my characters every week since HM came out and never got it. I actually did it on both my Titan and warlock last night and received 304 boots and a 306 pulse that's it. Using both my 20 mouldering shards! A guy who already had the Harrowed helm on 2 of his character received it again last night! Bungie you seriously need to do something about this for near on 2 hours on a raid I have yet to recieve my "Hardmode" loot stop robbing me. If you feel the same and would like bungie to increase the drop rate sign below. Thanks EDIT: ran it again and didn't get one so that's 19 times now!!
