Well....Destiny is a game for a global market, not just the U.S. And this might be hard to understand for some but most of the world doesnt do the whole flag waving, thank our troops pc patriot nonsense. Instead of waving flags our tax goes to making sure they're not homeless, get proper medical care & jobs. And we do all that without pounding our patriotic chest so everybody else can see that we thank our troops.

  • Agree. Don't know why we in America have let our veterans become homeless. I do what I can to help, but we need as a nation need to get our priorities straight.

  • Because we're busy giving the money that could help our veterans to people like my friend bill who want to sit on a couch and not work, although able bodied and capable.

  • Very excellent point. I concede. :) But seriously, though, it's one thing to be truly disabled, but my dad works all the time with a bad back and has no disability whatsoever. I'm constantly worrying about him because he'll hurt himself before he finally stops working for the day. And then the next day he's back at it! Not to mention he's a veteran and gets no help from the VA at all. Not that he doesn't have a roof over his head, but I'm sure you see my point.

  • That's terrible. My dad has a bad back too, lucky he works an office job because his back wouldn't hold up manual labor. He gave it to me too; herniated discs since I was 18. That's different for sure, some people really need help. It's just nowhere close to the number that receive help. Best of luck to your dad and family
