To be fair, the guy who is the one helping the noob gets free stuff. The timing is terrible, but the effects are not. It doesn't exploit, or shut you out of anything. Honestly man, how old are you? I am currently serving in the army as an active duty soldier. This is just a game, besides do you really want to use the "I am a vet" thing? They didn't put a gun to your head or force you to sign a contract to serve in the armed forces you did it for your personal reasons. Also, you should have time to play video games if you were serious about you armed forces carrier (unless you are a air defender , then yeah you have all the time in the world)

Well, I agree that this is little to none incentive to anyone to refer the game to anyone. But, idea of thinking U.S. Vets? Such a self centered and arrogant idea.

They just gave us a shader, sparrow, emblem, and an exotic weapon a few months ago for being vets of the game. You want Bungie to give you a reach around too? STFU and stop bitching, jezz...

Why should we thank Veterinarians? They help my dog feel well...but this is too much for them. This idea is absurd! They already charge me enough for my dog and two cats why should I do this.
