What should I do with my excess 0.38 ammo and my shortage of everything else?

Save it all

I've been doing that, but for what?

Edited by a clumsy scrub: 12/11/2015 9:47:32 AMI make LMGs with pipe pistols. Powerful automatic receiver Recoil compensating stock Long ported barrel Muzzle brake Glow sights Drum magazine Alternatively, you can make the Bastard SMG from Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light. Still using a pipe pistol. Powerful automatic receiver Standard stock Stub barrel Muzzle brake (a silencer is okay too) Standard sight (I like glow sights tho) Large quick-eject magazine

Sell it or make a hunting rifle that can use it and give the weapon and all the ammo to your follower, don't give them anything with and automatic receiver, they waste ammo like crazy.

Overseers guardian with .038 is obscene.

2000 .45, 4000 5mm, 2000 10mm, 1000 .308, 5000 5.56, 1000 Gamma, 500 2mm EC, 1000 Plasma, 3000 Fusion Cells. 60 hours of play time haha

I use Overseer's Guardian as my main weapon, but I've been gaining ammo for it (started at about 4500 .45, now at 5200 .45). I made it semi-auto because I have rank 5 Rifleman.
-
Hahah How many fusion cores?!
-
I have 500 .45 not even mad
-
Been stocking up the last few days on .45 as well. Got a good 1000+ .45 now and I'm cranking it up to very hard now ;)
-
Sell it for other ammo in exchange
-
Lol thanks for the tip but I resolved the issue now :P
-
If u have the overseers guardian gun from vault 81 shop you can mod it to take .38, and it has a perk that fires 2 shot for a 1, it's less power then .45, but you Will never run out of .38 cause its everywhere!!!!!!

I thought it was .308?
-
you can mod it to take .38,
-
Speaking for myself, I'm going to make a pipe rifle or smg.
-
Well I'm getting to the point where pipe rifles just wont cut it for the level of enemies I have to face.

Trade with a vendor. Sell all of your .38 and buy whatever ammo you need, enough till the caps balance out to where you're not spending all of your caps.
