I like to think night stalker is the opposite to sumbraker. Sumbraker have arguably the worst passive perk set in the game but makes up for it with a very powerful super. On the other hand night stalker has one of the best, if not the best passive perks in the game and a meh super. So I think there pretty well balanced
Personally I don't care if night stalker gets a buff or if sumbraker gets a nerf, it's bungie's game and they can do what they want with it. I'm just stating my opinion

That's one perk. Every other class has at least 3 very good passive perks

Edited by Swiftlock: 11/23/2015 12:48:17 AMI can't think of a better passive than free, consistent heals as long as you can kill something with your debuff punch, sticky grenade, or hammers. There's also a trait that makes your abilities charge faster if your super is full for even more rapid healing. Doesn't sound like something that'd be in the "worst passive perk set".
