Because it took 6 of the most powerful guardians the city has ever seen to beat him at the weakest he's been for several million years at least? Because even then those 6 guardians weren't able to beat him because they were more skilled or clever but because Toland was helping them and they had already achieved great power through sword logic? Because his entire existence relies upon him constantly proving he's the biggest, baddest, most powerful thing to ever exist? Because this is a guy so beyond our comprehension that the Vex, an immortal time traveling race of machines with minds larger than planets, have been trying to find a way to beat him for millions, perhaps billions of years and they can't?

Edited by XxODDJOBxX: 11/20/2015 4:56:01 PMIt also takes into account. Are we fighting in the ascendant realm or normal universe? Oryx is alot stronger in the ascendant realm. Hence why he's so much more powerful in the raid rather the story line. We are fighting 2 different forms of him.

Yes and no. He is more powerful in his ascendent realm because his throne world is ruled exclusively by sword logic. That said, he is incredibly powerful in the mortal realm as well. The mission where you kill him physically really does disservice to how incredibly, insanely OP this guy is.

His k/d is probably 100.00

Also it says a guardian, I assume you killed him with 6 like most others

and how many times did he kill you?
